We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at returns@greenfield.com.hk with your name, order number, date of purchase and reason for return.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting by email and not receiving a return confirmation will not be accepted.
• Please be aware that we are not liable for the returned shipping cost. You will need to ship at your own cost.
• Once your return has been received, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment.
• Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (typically, up to 3- 4 weeks).
